Local Allergy Team Referral Tool

• The tool below is intended for use by Primary & Secondary Health Professionals to help determine which Local Allergy Team to refer patients who have suffered an anaphylactic reaction to, once acute management has been completed. It is not to be used to determine where to seek emergency care.
• Enter your patient’s postcode into the box and search for Allergy Teams within a desired distance.
• If referring from Primary Care setting, all referrals should be made via the ‘Choose & Book’ system.
• Referrals from Secondary care should be made by letter (please see ‘Template Referral Letter’ in the resources section and sent via either internal or external post.
