Anne McDonnell
I graduated with a BSC (Hons) Nursing Sciences from the University of Hull in 1986 and completed my MSc (Nursing) in 2007. My clinical experience as a nurse includes adult and paediatric intensive care, adult palliative care and paediatric oncology.
My initial experience in children’s allergy was as a clinical research nurse. I joined the children’s allergy team at Great North Children’s Hospital as Nurse Specialist in 2017. My special area of interest is the psychological wellbeing of children, young people and families living with food allergy.
